History of IT Academy

2004 – Obtained partner status for Thomson NETg, providing 3000+ e-learning courses to the Russian market. Obtained state certification as government recognized education organization

2005 – Introduced integrated e-learning solutions, implemented large-scale education projects for leading Russian companies and state institutions

2006 – Expanded portfolio with “Information Security”, “IT-Management”, “Software Engineering”, Introduced Educational Consulting Services; joined Russian Association of Business Education (RABE), participation in projects and state programs of continuing professional education development in Russia.

2007 -  Active participation in national project “Education”: education of universities, developing next generation education materials  under Federal Education Agency order. Joined Managers Association of Russia, Authorized as ECDL testing center and certified more that 500 applicants, certification of Adobe, ClearSwift, Dr.Web, Intel® Software Training Program.

2008 -  Educational projects related to Open Source Software, coordination and launch of Russian Open Source Education Program. Development in e-learning – introducing blended training for IT engineers and SkillSoft courses localization. Authorizations as Certified Training Centers for Exin and Corel.

IT Training

Software Engineering: courses in all major fields including SW Requirements, SW Design, SW Construction, SW Testing, SW Maintenance, SW Configuration Management, SE Management, SE Process, SE Tools and Methods, SW Quality, authorized and proprietary courses of IBM Rational, Microsoft, Oracle, Borland, Sun Microsystems, IBM Lotus, Java technologies.

Business Training

We provide innovative training courses and complex programs in Project Management and IT Management.

Project Management: introductory, basic and specialized training courses, PMI (C and D level) and IPMA certification programs. Academy is PMI REP (Registered education provider)

IT Management: innovative training courses on IT service management (ITIL/ITSM), economic, financial issues of IT management, etc.
